1. use scraps from at least 15 different papers. - actually 16
2. use at least 5 round metal embellishments (brads/eyelets/snaps/gromets) - 4 blue brads across the botoom
3. must include at least a paragraph of hand journaling - yes
4. use a less than perfect photograph (by this I mean a photo you wouldn't normally scrap because it is out of focus, someones eyes are closed or the person isn't entirely in the photograph.) - the 3 photos on the bottom are out of focus because there wasn't enough light and you couldn't flash because they were projected
5. use a photo corner. - yes, the black arrow on the bottom is actually an American crafts metal photo corner
