Papers and chipboard by Dovecraft. Scalloped circle is Technique Tuesday, it has been embossed with white embossing powder. The little rhinestones are salvaged bits from MAMBI words. The circle inside the scalloped circle was cut out of the card and the gap filled with acetate (this looks much better IRL!)

I really like the snowflake in the center of the scallop flower. That row of bling is a great touch to the card.
