I have a whole box full of paints, and I always forget about them. For this layout I decided to use some paint and to give some tips for using paint on layouts.
For this layout I used KI Memories Pet Shop.

I painted on the KI Pet Shop Stars textured cardstock with antique white paint. I painted on the blue side. Then I used theKI birthday verbology clear stamps.
and stamped right over the paint to create my own words pattern paper. I then took a pen and highlighted some of the stamped words by drawing a box around them. I also used Pop Culture Domino Chip Alpha.
Here are some other ideas on using paints:
• Used to make borders
• Use it with stamps to create your own pattern paper
• Add it behind transparencies, masks, or acrylic albums to highlight words or other things.
• To add texture and dimension
• Use it on metals to give a distressed look
• Use it with stamps to create titles
• Use it directly on cardstock to add the distress look.
• Paint on cardstock or pattern paper and then put your title over it
• Paint over sticker letters and then peel them off for a different title look.
