I am trying to figure out a way to fit journaling on this page. Any ideas??? I jsut tacked the corners down because I am thinking of doing hidden journaling with some little tab sticking out...
For our first Christmas, I wanted to find some new cookie recipes to bring back home to share. (you know our Moms and others have their traditional cookies, I wanted my own to add.) I made huge baskets full of all new cookies, with cross-stitched napkins inside.(I wasn't working that first year..) This recipe was a hit and the always requested favorite!

Like that the paper point out when to do this cookies. Like that the recipe is easy to read.

Like the way you did this one....may have to try your recipe. 
As for the journaling, my suggestion would be to mat it and put it on the
back of the recipe. That way it wouldn't take away from your beautiful
recipe layout.

So cute!!! Love the Christmas theme! I like Beverly's suggestion of putting your journaling on the back or I had thought of putting it on a tag you could tuck behind the recipe. Either way - great job!!!!
