One of the traditions is baking these particular cookies, which added additional challenges for us this year as described in the journaling. what a great story Louise. My uncle has to eat gluten free and it is a challenge for them to cook some of the traditional foods at the holiday times and for him to still be able to eat it. Glad you were able to make it work
